⚡️Saturday will feature a keynote inspiring confidence through mentorship, career events and advocacy for women and gender-diverse individuals. Attendees will participate in icebreakers to build connections in the trades. Workshops will address overcoming imposter syndrome, managing finances and mindfulness practices for stress relief. Accomplished women will share strategies for career growth and professional development across industries. The Empower Hour social will offer networking for women in trades.
⚡️Sunday will focus on work-life balance, wellness and advocating for safety in high-pressure industries, with discussions on self-advocacy and taking your space. Sessions will address challenging workplace cultures, entrepreneurship and networking, while keynotes by Marcia Braudy and others will inspire confidence and collaboration. The weekend will end with a reflective closing celebration
