Attendees will participate in icebreakers to build connections in the trades. Workshops will address overcoming imposter syndrome\, managing finances and mindfulness practices for stress relief. Accomplished women will share strategies for career growth and professional development across industries. The Empower Hour social will offer networking for women in trades. \n⚡️Sunday will focus on work-life balance\, wellness and advocating for safety in high-pressure industries\, with discussions on self-advocacy and taking your space. Sessions will address challenging workplace cultures\, entrepreneurship and networking\, while keynotes by Marcia Braudy and others will inspire confidence and collaboration. The Dream & Build Conference is funded by the Government of Canada as part of their initiative to recruit and retain more women in the skilled trades.
